(LONDON) por Paula Tooths
Hy ya everyone, hope you all are having a great evening!
Again, I will be short and sweet today as I am having a very busy day. I have followed my diet (yes I behaved myself well, without any ice cream) and today i have trained without my personal, Daniel London, but I followed his workout program; and my husband was there, counting and giving me a hand.
What I ate –
Breakfast
• Oatmeal: In the microwave, cook 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats with 3/4 cup fat-free milk; 1/2 apple, chopped; 1 teaspoon honey; and a pinch of cinnamon
Lunch
• Chicken salad: Toss 4 ounces shredded skinless roast chicken breast with 1/4 cup sliced red grapes, 1 tablespoon slivered almonds, 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise, and 1 tablespoon fat-free sour cream. Serve over lettuce. (The best salad i ever tried!)
• 1 Apple
Dinner
• 4 ounces steamed shrimp (if you look the picture you will see prawn instead… silly me, i have asked for shrimp on tesco bar and when i got home imagine my face when my husband asked if i didn’t know the difference lol)
• 1 baked potato topped with 3 tablespoons salsa and 1 tablespoon fat-free sour cream
• 2 cups spinach, steamed
I have posted on twitter all my today’s meals. Check it out at @paulatooths
How I worked out –
Leg hold 6′ – 10 seconds x 3 (always 10 seconds rest between each set)
Plank on elbows – 10 seconds x 3
Wall chair (10 seconds hands on the air and 10 seconds with the hands up) x 3
Knee up and knee down (as a squat but one knee at the time) 20 x 3
Two people leg raising 10 x 3
Leg hold open 1/6 – 10 seconds x 3
Squat with jump 10 x 3
Push ups (10 on the knees plus 5 army push ups) x 3
Wall chair (10 seconds hands on the air and 10 seconds with the hands up) x 3
Leg hold cross – 10 seconds x 3 (sorry, i forgot this one on yesterday’s list)
Classic squats 10 x 1 (I pushed myself harder and made 20)
If you are not familiar with the exercise names, youtube can be a great source! There you will find even the techniques to correctly perform them.
To be honest, today was easier than yesterday. I guess my muscles are getting used to it 🙂
I learnt from Daniel to have a cold bath as soon as the workout has finished. Just fill up the bath with cold water and jump for a minute. It is incredible helpful. Try it, you will feel the difference.
See you tomorrow!
x
