DAY 20 – I LOVE MY CODING!

Day 20

Hi again,

I’m dropping yesterday and today – days 19 and 20 – in very short words. Please, don’t think that I’m not prioritizing this project or helping other dieters to follow the same path as I managed to succeed. So far I lost more than 25 kilos, and from the bottom of my heart, I really wish that my history help other thousands of girls and boys, ladies and gents to drop lots of sizes as well.

The last couple of days, I didn’t manage even go to two big bottles of water, but for a good reason.

With my new team, we are coding a school online, which will bring lots of opportunities for tons of people who is looking for a new history, or just a new challenge and start a new career. I’m enjoying it so much! I love the marketing industry but to who doesn’t know I am bachelor in IT as well, and for a long time I was digging in my head a chance to go back to it. I am amazed really to have as a first big job, a challenge to establish a new online school. I am very happy and proud of my whole team.

Today, I had my black cafe, first thing in the morning, and probably another 10 since. At least another 10 teas. I imagine I am a quite hydrated, I guess.

My lunch was a big change really, as I couldn’t really leave my screen as I was generating important codes. So a friend of mine, managed to go out and pick some low-calorie vegetarian ravioli, filled with soy. The portion is made of 10 units. I had six, with no sauce, just boiled in olive water. It wasn’t amazing but was ok. To be pretty honest here, I much prefer a VLCD hot meals. The whole pack has 230 calories, and as I has just 60% of it, lets calculate that I had about 140 calories, what is very similar to one VLCD sachet. I am strict but not hypocritical, so I couldn’t go out, I didn’t have a sachet in hands and of curse I couldn’t be with no food. So I am guilty free and absolutely sure from tomorrow I will manage to be 100% on VLCD again. I am about 5-6 kilos to my goal number so ‘now’ is not the time to give up.

I just got home and I will carry on working for at least 5-6 hours so I can delivery the project tomorrow morning as my team and I guaranteed.

I will make a cuppa now, but in within one hour or so, I’m planning to have a strawberry shake.

I have to go now but wish the best week the Universe can bring to you all.

Love, blessings and more hard work.
