Day 17
Hello, dears!
How was your day? Well, with Andy out of Wimbledon and no world cup matches today, i must confess that i end up my day working with the soaps on the telly. I was a bit lost as i didn’t follow for a while. In between Hollywoaks, Emmerdale, Corie and Eastenders, I managed to finish my work…. Yes! I can go bed early today!
Tomorrow I will have a very busy day so i pretty much deserve this relaxing evening after all the rushing week!
Today, i administrated a quite well my hours. I drank lots of still water… if you are surprised, yes, some times miracles happen in this end! I had a good big bottle of water, about 10 mugs of tea and i started my day with instant coffee (yuk!) as i was a quite late, so i needed to be quick.
As i had someone to share my lunch today, i could make one of my mixes. I had my famous mocha that basically is half sachet of chocolate shake and half sachet of caffe latte sachet. Anyways… my wishes for chocolate didn’t stopped but my chocolate sachets did, so today i made a new order to My ID (all my VLCD products and pills I purchase from www.theidrevolution.com). My sweetner is going low, but i will order a new one after i finished this post from Amazon UK. (Tomorrow i let you know trademark, shop, price as I always share). Well, from my ID today I ordered some tea bags, AQUA pills and chocolate shake sachets.
This evening, I had a beautiful noodle chicken curry for dinner. I love this one. It is a quite exotic, but no more than my personality. So I always have one in hand 🙂
My last meal, will be now within next minutes and I am having a porridge, as i am feeling like to have something more … ”heavy” i would say.
Well, it is all for today. I will enjoy my spare minutes now, read a book probably and enjoy my clean sheets. Hope you all have an amazing evening too!
