DAY 42 – BACK ON TRACK….

Hi everyone!

How was your weekend? I must to be pretty honest in saying that I was missing you all and my diet! Thank you very much for all the messages and I am answering all this week!

It was funny really…. I have behavied myself better than i was expecting.

I had very sensible meals, and introduced a bigger amounts of whey protein, to match the hard efforts on my fitness time!

I am not weighing myself on the scales this week for the obvious reasons, but lets see what the arrows will say next week!

Today, backing to the VLCD wasnt difficult.

I took my boys to the big M and i was stronger than all that pictures of burgers, shakes and sundays!

I had one protein shake as soon as i woke up, then right after that i had an hour of heavy workout. To finish it, another whey shake.

I just ordered from My Id another kilo of whey. To me, they have the best diet whey complex.

My lunch was very basic – a vlcd sachet of shepherds pie. was amazing… i was missing the sachets!

I just got home and as i am not hungry at all i will choose a strawberry vlcd shake; so i am sure that i am having the vitamins and minerals my body needs.

Tonight i will have a vlcd mapple bar as i have it on my desk already.

Well, I must back to work as i have a long list of tasks to do…. but tomorrow i will be back.
