DAY 33 – What a hot day!

Day 33

Hello dear darlings!

How is going your weekend so far? Before you ask, I’m working as usual!

One day I run away and the very next day I’m here, back to VLCD… watching my boys eating strawberry & cream merengue and tons of chocolate ice cream. But it’s life without hard work we don’t get anywhere!

The good news was that I didnt wake up that early but I work as an old horse as I usually joke!

Started my day with a delicious black italian and drunk 12 mugs of amazonian tea. Not bad for a hot day and on the top of that a litre and half of mineral water! I feel energyzed after all the noise we had last night… I woke up 3am thinking that was the last day of earth…. London & all the south east of UK was pure water (and noise!)

Anyways…. My lunch was amazing! A yumi yumi chilli con carne!

Later, I had my second meal – A shepherds pie. I’m not sure if it is my fave, but i imagine it is a cultural thing – As a latin, I very much appreciate things that have some ”spice” on it. But it was nice, just not my fave!

After hours in front of the screen and so much work done, I had a porridge for the third meal.

Now, it’s 2:20am and i will start my trip to my bad. I’m not sure if I will manage to sleep that early…. It is Ramadan time and I live in a street where are muslin families, what means that the whole road is commemorating Ramadan. I don’t really understand nothing about this event (or party ???). All that I know is that all my neighbours keep very quite during the day but late night I can hear party, party and more party… Right now, I can hear people singing, people dancing, people eating, people laughing. I am very happy for them and all the community. I’m not much happy for the fact that it will take much longer to sleep….

So, I will take time, make myself a yoga tea (I call yoga tea my lemongrass + fennel) and make my ashtanga primary series and respiration exercises. So, after some kundalini meditation the chances to ‘easy-sleep’ will increase!

Please, dear neighbours, I know that some of you are my readers. I still loving you all, respecting each one of you but please… let’s minimize the voice volume at least…. otherwise xmas, when i will be the unique in the street in party, I promess put speakers on the garden (lol)

well, wish you all well… and thats all for today 🙂

Tomorrow I will be back!

Love, blessings & respect.
