Spiritual Awakening: who am I?

“Your time as a caterpillar has expired. Your wings are ready”

 

My soul wants to explode

 

Considering that I am a journalist and we are in the pick of the worst pandemic of our generation, it’s natural to conclude that my life (daily) is filled with negative news coming from every where in the planet.

 

I am a very positive person (at least I try), full of energy but sometimes its difficult to cope. Who can? My friends are getting ‘mad’ with the quarantine, many lost their jobs, others just trying to survive.

 

For a few days, I few like my soul wants to explode and help all in need. I know, it isn’t possible, but I can emane good vibes and help a large number.

 

Lately, I realize that I am not as connected to the divine, to the master Universe as I should and for this reason I am here today. If this means that I need to give two steps back to give one ahead, I don’t mind. I just want to help the world, as simple as it can sound. And I decided to make my part.

 

Who follow me and my work for a while can recall that for a decade I dropped pills of positivity – from classes of meditation, poses of yoga to tips of awakening and recipes to success. The last two years were crucial to my journalism career and to be honest, I didn’t find time to share with my family or look after myself, but my soul exploded and yes, I decided to give those two steps back. This does not mean that I will leave journalism, even because it is my main income, but means that I will back to my spiritual call and help others more.

 

A renewed path

 

I am a very intense person and sometimes, for this reason, it’s difficult to stay still or release all my thoughts and truly ‘be with myself’. My mind is always thinking about tomorrow’s tasks, next week’s articles… sound strange to someone who was a meditation instructor for years, but if I managed to lear and practice, anyone can.

 

Tired to write bad news, from tomorrow, to help you manage the isolation and even after, find a new life style with purpose, I will write everyday a post of positivity.

 

To start, the first series, will be about yoga and it’s asanas (poses).

 

Yogi for the last 20+ years, I highly recommend you to train one pose a day and after, maybe we can create together some yoga rituals or even charts. How about that?
