Hi there!
How is your diet? My one is going pretty fine as well the workout.
Sorry about last night… Sky broadband was crazy and without internet working correctly I could not write a post. So here is day 10 (yesterday)…

What I ate –
As a mistake (probably because half of me was sleeping) I ended up cooking the breakfast from day 9, but as all the meals count with the same number of calories, it wasn’t such a problem.
The lunch salad was amazing. It is my favourite so far and the dinner was spectacular. I am a quite good cooking but sorry about the pictures as I am not the best when decorating plates đ

How I worked out –
The workouts are getting easier and i was happy as i didn’t have any pain left today, what was a good plus.
Don’t forget…The whole workout for this week is also posted on #90DBC day 8 (last Monday), as well the stretching sequence.
* If you are not familiar with the exercise names, youtube can be a great source! There you will find even the techniques to correctly perform them.
