So noooooo, I dont think in stop it, not even when I reach my goal weight \ud83d\ude42 Sometimes, (like today) I will need to be short and sweet, but I AM HERE for you!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As I mentioned, I am very focused in this educational project, and coding and editing lessons is a big pleasure, as I know that it will create amazing opportunities to the pupils. Distance learning is amazing, in special when can build careers. Next days, I will talk more about.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Anyways, let&#8217;s back to this diary subject: OUR DIET!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As today is the 24th day of my diet, I must to make a new order&#8230; My last one I just ordered a few pieces and bits as I was desiring chocolate and I always mix the items&#8230; and my pills, that was my main concern. So, fingers crossed that tomorrow I will find a spare minute to do it!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Today I woke up very early, had Italian black coffee&#8230; about 4 little glasses (yes&#8230; I dont like to take my &#8216;nero&#8217; in the mug, but in short old style glasses. I got mine from Ikea).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I had my first meal was almost 5pm. Funny enough, I listened someone in the microwaves, what remind myself that i was literally empty and needed some energy to carry on! I had a delicious chilli con carne.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">About 8:30 I had a dark chocolate bar and it&#8217;s 00:20 and I&#8217;m planning to have my 3rd meal&#8230; I have at least another hour of projects bits to adjust&#8230; so I will have a veggie soup as soon as i finish this post.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I had a bit less than a liter and half of water but I expect till the moment I finish work tonight I will finish my 2l bottle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I&#8217;m not sure how many teas I had today, but I guess some number around 8-10. Anyway, I am feeling lots better about my retention, so tomorrow I will drop how many AQUAS I take a day.
