I crossed so much stresses this last 3 days, but i&#8217;m here coping very well. calm and tranquil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Last night after i finished the post, instead to have my bar, i end up having one sachet of pasta. I was really hungry (lets blame the stress).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Today, I&#8217;ve been studying\/ working all day. My new responsibilities are challenging but also very tiring. Now, its almost 11:30 and i have at least another half hour to run with my papers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">My diet today was a quite mad and i must to admit that i don&#8217;t feel guilty as i was 100% focused on my work. I crossed already my food limit, but let me break it down&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I didn&#8217;t have my regular black coffee this morning as i was really fancying a big cup of yerba mate (amazonian tea)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lunch time, I had a caffe latte shake, and about 5ish I had a vanilla one.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Half hour ago, my another half realized that i didn&#8217;t leave my desk all day, so he is so brilliant and made me a sachet of chilli pasta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I was very planning to have my bar. It is just beside my computer, what i will give myself the luxury to finish the day with 4 items.I hate lie when i am doing diet, or anything else in my life, so i will have the bar because i wish to, and that&#8217;s it, end of history. I&#8217;m very much keeping myself all behaved\u00a0 these 13 days, so today, i will give myself this chance to lay in one temptation. Other big mistake of mine today was that i couldn&#8217;t find this morning my aqua pills, so i let behind and forgot after, so till now i didn&#8217;t have any and i need to say that i can feel all the retention of liquids on my body. But i had my multivitamins (I just remembered really because was inside my bag and i was there taking something&#8230;..)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tomorrow i will be finishing the second week, but to be pretty honest i don&#8217;t have massive expectations this week, for a few reasons. The first one is that i know that i didn&#8217;t have water enough all week along, so i completely take responsibility on it. Other thing is that today i didn&#8217;t take my Aqua pills, what means that this retention will count negativity on the scales tomorrow&#8230;. and last&#8230;. work long hours without move much on the desk chair and no many hours of rest can be a giant enemy. Of course i will take my measures and use the weight scale, but with low expectations, just in order to track my diet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As soon as i finish this post i will organize my sachets, pills, etc and set already in bags for the whole week. Tomorrow i will buy the big water bottles as well, so from my end is no excuses left. (PLease, dont invite me for cakes day, ms Sarah and dont be angry when i dont follow you and the girls to the parties&#8230;.. please love me as a friend and understand that i&#8217;m making something to feel better and healthier\u00a0 x x )<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">So, my weekend was like that&#8230; working and dieting. and yours?
