{"id":5085,"date":"2020-06-12T00:00:25","date_gmt":"2020-06-11T23:00:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/paulatooths.com\/index\/?p=5085"},"modified":"2020-06-07T20:53:44","modified_gmt":"2020-06-07T19:53:44","slug":"long-deep-breathing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/paulatooths.com\/index\/2020\/06\/12\/long-deep-breathing\/","title":{"rendered":"Long Deep Breathing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It moves stuck energy, allows you heal, and to move on.\u00a0 Do this whenever you feel anxiety or fear to move the energy of the solar plexus and the rest of your energetic system, or just when you\u00a0need an energy boost.\u00a0 It works wonders!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong><em>TO DO LONG, DEEP BREATH:<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Please make your spine straight, whether you are sitting, standing, or lying down.\u00a0 This whole breath is done very slowly and consciously, and the air moves in and out through your nose, not your mouth.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong><em><br \/>\nINHALE <\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Then slowly move your belly outward.\u00a0 As you do\u00a0this, you are automatically drawing your diaphragm down.\u00a0 Your diaphragm is that amazing horizontal sheet of a muscle that is attached all around the edges to the inside walls of your torso.\u00a0 It is placed like a muscular round pizza just above your abdominal organs&#8211;stomach, liver, spleen, adrenals\/kidneys\u00a0and just under your lungs.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><br \/>\nAs your diaphragm moves down, it pulls the bottom of your lungs down, thereby pulling air into the bottom of your lungs\u00a0as a bellows action.\u00a0 Allow your bottom ribs to expand, and then expand the upper ribs to bring air into all of your lungs!<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong><em><br \/>\nEXHALE!<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Now slowly move your belly in.\u00a0 This pushes your diaphragm up, and pushes the air out of the bottom of your lungs.\u00a0 Contract your bottom ribs, and then the upper ones for a full exhalation.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong><em><br \/>\nPACE<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Do this as slowly and fully as you can comfortably do it.\u00a0 And be sure that the length of your inhale equals the length of your exhale!\u00a0 Once you get it, you can even change your breathing habit to be Long, Deep Breathing.\u00a0 Your nerves will be quieter, you will be more open, relaxed and creative.\u00a0 Guaranteed!<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Once you catch on, it is quite easy!\u00a0 And if you do this often, you will find out how powerful it is!<\/span><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It moves stuck energy, allows you heal, and to move on.\u00a0 Do this whenever you feel anxiety or fear to move the energy of the solar plexus and the rest of your energetic system, or just when you\u00a0need an energy boost.\u00a0 It works wonders!
