I have researched lots and figured out that it is more than possible to change your whole body in a few weeks. To prove that it all is not good on theory only, I was the guinea pig here.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>With the help of a personal trainer, who kindly personalised my diet plan, it wasn&#8217;t as difficult as I was expecting.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The best here is that I don&#8217;t need to go to the gym, buy weights and I can exercise watching the soaps or the news.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>What I ate \u00a0 \u2013<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Breakfast<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 3\/4 cup bran flakes, 1 banana, 1 cup fat-free milk<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lunch<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Sandwich: 1 mini whole wheat pita, 3 ounces turkey breast, 1\/2 roasted pepper, 1 teaspoon light mayonnaise, mustard, lettuce<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 1 stick part-skim mozzarella string cheese<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 2 kiwifruits<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dinner<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 4 ounces broiled flounder or sole<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 2 sliced plum tomatoes sprinkled with 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, broiled until just golden<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 1 cup cooked couscous<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 1 cup steamed broccoli<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 1 fat-free pudding cup<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Workout &#8211; It takes around 30-40 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>(NO WEIGHTS OR MACHINE NEEDED)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6>30 MIN STEPS (yes&#8230;.\u00a0 upstairs and downstairs)<\/h6>\n<h6><strong>120 JUMPING JACKS<\/strong><\/h6>\n<h6><strong>10 PUSH UPS<\/strong><\/h6>\n<h6><strong>25 SQUATS<\/strong><\/h6>\n<h6><strong>60 CRUNCHES<\/strong><\/h6>\n<h6><strong>10 SQUAT JUMPS<\/strong><\/h6>\n<h6><strong>30 SECOND SPRINT\u00a0 <\/strong><\/h6>\n<h6><strong>30 SECOND PLANK<\/strong><\/h6>\n<h6><strong>10 VERTICAL JUMP<\/strong><\/h6>\n<h6><strong>30 BICYCLE SIT UPS<\/strong><\/h6>\n<h6><strong>30 HIGH KNEES<\/strong><\/h6>\n<h6><strong>30 SECOND SIDE PLANK\u00a0<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(LONDON) por Paula Tooths &nbsp; Summer is almost here. &nbsp; So many of you have contacted me lately asking for tips about workouts and diet plans.
