I will be short and sweet today as Daniel, my personal trainer, knackered me out today.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3031\" src=\"http:\/\/paulatooths.com\/index\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/paula-tooths-thin.jpg\" alt=\"paulatooths.com\" width=\"156\" height=\"253\" data-id=\"3031\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What I ate &#8211;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Breakfast<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Smoothie: Blend 1 cup frozen berries, 1\/2 banana, and 8 ounces fat-free milk.<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 English muffin spread with 1 teaspoon light margarine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lunch<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cup vegetarian vegetable soup<\/li>\n<li>1 veggie burger in a mini whole wheat pita with lettuce and salsa<\/li>\n<li>6 ounces light yogurt<\/li>\n<li>15 grapes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dinner<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BBQ chicken: Brush 4 ounces boneless, skinless breast with barbecue sauce and grill.<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup vegetarian baked beans<\/li>\n<li>3 small boiled red potatoes topped with 1 teaspoon light margarine and a pinch of dill<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As much as I can, I am posting on my twitter the pictures of all my meals. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How I worked out &#8211;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Leg hold 6&#8242; &#8211; 10 seconds x 3 (always 10 seconds rest between each set)<\/p>\n<p>Plank on elbows &#8211; 10 seconds x 3<\/p>\n<p>Wall chair (10 seconds hands on the air and 10 seconds with the hands up) \u00a0x 3<\/p>\n<p>Knee up and knee down (as a squat but one knee at the time) 20 x 3<\/p>\n<p>Two people leg raising 10 x 3<\/p>\n<p>Leg hold open 16 &#8211; 10 seconds x 3<\/p>\n<p>Squat with jump 10 x 3<\/p>\n<p>Push ups (10 on the knees plus 5 army push ups) x 3<\/p>\n<p>Wall chair (10 seconds hands on the air and 10 seconds with the hands up) \u00a0x 3<\/p>\n<p>Classic squats 10 x 1<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If you are not familiar with the exercise names, youtube can be a great source!
