It can be awakened by the sun and nurtured by it so that we also can do great things. It sounds esoteric, but it\u2019s a very practical approach. You can feel results when Sun Salutations are practiced consistently.<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><div class=\"kad-spacer clearfix\" style=\"height:20px\"><\/div><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">So, here I am&#8230; with the last pose before I post the Sun Salute sequence in full.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><div class=\"kad-spacer clearfix\" style=\"height:20px\"><\/div><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>NOTE:<\/em><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>&#8211; In some books, you will find that this position is a variation of Tadasana (Day#1), and in particular books, the position that I&#8217;m posting today will be guided to be done on tip toes.<\/em><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>&#8211; Other thing I didnt mention when I wrote about Tadasana is that this pose, so many times is also called Samasana or Samasthiti.<\/em><\/div>\n<div class=\"kad-spacer clearfix\" style=\"height:20px\"><\/div>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;I have been a seeker and I still am, but I stopped asking the books and the stars. Standing in Tadasana, turn your palms away from your body so your thumbs point backward.\u00a0 Inhaling, sweep your arms out to the sides and up toward the ceiling.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. If your shoulders are tight, stop when your arms are parallel to your body.\u00a0 The next step is to put your hands together, base of palms first and lastly the fingers.\u00a0 Make sure that your shoulders and shoulder blades remain lowered down your back.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. Reach through your pinkies so your thumbs reach slightly down toward the crown of your head. Without compressing your neck, tip your head backward and look at your thumbs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. Your lower ribs should not protrude.
