How are you today?<\/p>\n

It is so hot here in central London, that today for a few times i thought my brain was going to stop…. or melt!<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
My work today took the most of the day on the road, visiting clients, lecturing, taking a cafe here and there; but i must to say that it was a very productive day \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
As I knew that my day was going to be extraordinarily busy, so i had my ashtanga yoga early morning.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
No heavy weights to me today, But tomorrow!<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
My lunch was on the road. I had a vlcd hazelnut shake.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
By lunch time i had already a big bottle of water…. London is hot as a hell!<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
I just got home and had a mix shake. I enjoyed that my man wanted a shake as well, so i could make a mix one. One sachet of chocolate and one sachet of strawberry. Tons of ice and blend it. It just tastes as heaven! shuuuuuuu its my fave one!<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
As the English weather is not collaborating much, i dont feel that hungry, so my last meal later will be a shake as well. And it will be banana this time!<\/p>\n
