When we speak of meditation, most people think of sitting in the lotus flower position and close your eyes, and just think about anything. This idea about the practice is one of the main reasons why so few people have the habit to meditate. To think of anything is a quite difficult task!
In fact, we can think of meditation as a train station: our perception it’s like a passenger on the platform, watching the trains go by, one after another, and the tracks ahead. The trains are our thoughts; during meditation, they are still going through our minds. But it is not succeeding because trains are passing by the platform and we need to get in one – not because we have an image to mind, a reminder or concern that we need to throw on them. We can only observe them going , and realize amazed how they come and go.
The mind can not do anything but think. We have on average 60,000+ thoughts per day and 90 % of them are exactly the same as we had the day before.It Is this overactive brain that makes us feel exhausted and tormented with everyday life.
When we dedicate ourselves to the process of observing our mind – see how it works , what are the most recurrent thoughts, what is your move to distract us from ourselves , always thinking about what has passed or what has not happened yet – that dominate the mind instead of being enslaved by it.
There are numerous techniques, forms and levels of meditation, which provides that the practice benefits everyone, even those who have never meditated in life. It need not be sitting; just that your mind is engaged only to watch herself.
Benefits of Meditation
In general, the objectives pursued through meditative practices are always the same. Our minds are constantly working, is settling in the past, is gearing up for the future, which makes it very difficult to stay focused on the present moment. Meditation is nothing more than a method that seeks to dispel all thoughts of worry, anxiety, fear or expectation, bringing attention to this practitioner, either through observation of his inner world in solitary practice, it is using the images that are generated from the instructions given in guided practice. Meditation and Brain Regeneration

Practice of Meditation ((CLASSES))
Practices are conducted individually or in small groups (3-6 people). The individual has an hour long, and the group may be up two hours long.
During these experiences, the practitioner will have the opportunity to get in touch with meditation in a fully customized and based on the self needs. Various meditative techniques may be used and will be selected according to your interest, ability and personal level.
Individual practices involve preparing your body for meditation, meditations themselves and monitoring their individual progress. All your problems will be carefully evaluated and accepted, ensuring your well being throughout the process.
In group practices, in addition to these points, the practitioner is able to share experiences with others, which not only enriches the journey of each individual, but also strengthens and supports the work of the group as a whole.
The meditation groups will, in most cases, organized by the participants themselves, with some exceptions.
Consulting Meditation intended for groups who want guidance in meditative practices to subsequently maintain these practices incorporated into the routine. Working groups, family members, friends wishing to be initiated into the practices and experiences through techniques that apply to their needs, capacities and desires.

Workshop on Meditation
Experiential training aimed at all types of groups. The schedule is defined based on the specific characteristics of each group, and involves various meditative techniques.
This workshop will aim to provide participants with the opportunity to get in touch with themselves on physical,mental and spiritual health through meditation.
The dynamics used carefully and lovingly conducted, will causing an increasing level of awareness of the participants about themselves, their mental processes, physical, and spiritual energy, leading to an increasing alignment of these four bodies and integration their individual essence.
The experiences are accompanied by moments of sharing, in which participants share their insights and expand,thus not only their own experiences but also help to expand the group as a whole.
