How were your summer holidays?
I haven’t written for a while but I was preparing something nice to share.
So many of you have contacted me lately asking for tips about workouts and diet plans. I have researched lots and figured out that it is more than possible to change your whole body in 90 days. To prove that it all is not good on theory only, I will be the guinea pig here.
With the help of the personal trainer, Daniel London, who kindly personalised my diet plan and from tomorrow will be training with me, we will get to these 90 days easily!
I will be sharing with you what I am eating, my workouts and all the tips I learn on the way.
I have started today, and i need to confess that it wasn’t super easy as my new diet plan is very different to that of my usual one, but let’s trust Daniel and follow already. Before Christmas, I will have a completely new body. So can you!
What I ate today –
• 3/4 cup bran flakes, 1 banana, 1 cup fat-free milk
• Sandwich: 1 mini whole wheat pita, 3 ounces turkey breast, 1/2 roasted pepper, 1 teaspoon light mayonnaise, mustard, lettuce
• 1 stick part-skim mozzarella string cheese
• 2 kiwifruits
• 4 ounces broiled flounder or sole
• 2 sliced plum tomatoes sprinkled with 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, broiled until just golden
• 1 cup cooked couscous
• 1 cup steamed broccoli
• 1 fat-free pudding cup
And workout? As my training with Daniel will start tomorrow, I had an easy workout today.
30 MIN EXERCISE BIKE
120 JUMPING JACKS
10 PUSH UPS
10 SQUAT JUMPS
30 SECOND SPRINT
30 SECOND PLANK
10 VERTICAL JUMP
30 BICYCLE SIT UPS
30 HIGH KNEES
30 SECOND SIDE PLANK
It will be a very hard 90 days course to me. I am taking off all the sugar and my daily diet coke out. I will also reduce the amount of free weights i was using.
Basically, i will eat clean, workout sensibly and i will behave myself in order to motivate the ones who still finding excuses.
From now on, for this challenge, I will use the hashtag #90DBC.
I am starting at 72.4 kgs (yes, I gained some during the summer holidays) and i will update it weekly. Next, I will add body fat percentage and body measures.
Let’s do it!
See you all tomorrow!
