My schedule has become extremely busy and as you can imagine with traffic it became very difficult to keep up with the ever growing demand. After much thought I decided I could not only keep my existing clients happy with the service but increase the amount of people I’m able to help by doing so online. Since taking this direction I have been overwhelmed by the amount of new clients I have taken on, and while I do my best to help all those who contact me I never allow the quality to dindle, so please book in advance so I can plan out time. If you are genuinely suffering from a personal crisis then please place ‘URGENT’ on our contact form and a description of your situation and I will do my best to see you at short notice.

Personal information or business information supplied to us by the client in any program or sessions will be treated as confidential. It will not be disclosed to a third party without the client’s prior permission, save where required by law.
Full payment must be received 48hrs prior to your session, course or event via Bank Transference or PayPal. Discounts are available for concessions (UK only) and proof may be asked for.
If the client needs to rearrange or cancel a session, course or event, they should provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellation or no-show, less than 24 hours prior to the session, course or event will result in a charge of 50% of the paid amount plus administrative fees, and it will be discounted on the refund process. In exceptional circumstances we will use reasonable endeavors to provide a mutually satisfactory alternative appointment the client.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any session, course, events and it’s dates. In this circumstances, we will offer a refund or an alternative appointment.
Taking part in any session, course or event is not a guarantee that you will experience equal results, as your individual success will depend on your focus, discipline, persistence, individual commitment, individual circumstances, individual efforts and individual motivation to use the materials available. Remember – We are unique individuals!
You have no right to use, reproduce or distribute, in any manner, shape or form, any of the data, information, images, audios, graphics, reports, processes, techniques, presentations, methodologies, precedents, and any other materials used in the sessions, courses or events for the benefit of others but for your own personal use only.
